Real-time Network and Service information

Our signaling monitoring system is a single platform for all technologies, which can provide on-line immediate open transactions and fully correlated Customer Service access detail records. On-line data to enable fast reactions is critical for the Fraud Detection systems to find potential fraudulent activities and prevent the loss of revenues. Operators benefit from the fast response by being made aware of the potential fraud quickly and making the appropriate response to eliminate revenue loss, instead of relying on delayed data information from the switch billing data.

Billing verification systems also require an on-line independent source of customer data, enabling a comparison between the billing information collected from the network switch elements and the customer data records from our on-line monitoring system. The comparison detects the differences between the two data streams providing an investigation point to improve the billing data quality. It can even happen, that a new switch recently commissioned into service did not have the billing data configured for charging the calls to the customers. Billing Verification detects such errors.

The same system captures the actual international Operator service signaling loads from origination to destination. These data are used in monitoring the network loads as the Business expands, verify the correct operation of international network connections across various switch technologies, and provides a record of the signaling loads produced by each connected operator or carrier network. For revenue purposes, the records are a valuable source for settling disputes over charging and accounting for carrier signaling.
