Nextel group offers telcom services in Mexico, Brasil, Argentina
and Peru. With their newest startup company Nextel Chile, the
group is expanding their activities, launching competitive GSM
services in Chile. The successful introduction of these services
is secured with the help of NexusNETVIEW for the monitoring and
management of interconnection traffic to other carriers.
Nextel
is known for their competitive services with a high price/benefit
ratio. Services include GSM Voice but also 2-way radio features,
making Nextel especially attractive for corporate fleet customers.

DiGi
automatically configures mobile handsets with the help of NexusNETVIEW
 Often
mobile users cannot make use of services due to an incorrect or
incomplete configuration of their handset. DiGi has solved this
problem with the help of NexusNETVIEW. NexusNETVIEW detects whenever
a DiGi subscriber uses a new handset and ensures that a corresponding
configuration message is automatically sent to this handset so
that all services are fully enabled for the mobile user.
With
this DMS solution (Device Management System), DiGi increases customer
satisfaction greatly. Furthermore, DiGi substantially increases
service revenues since mobile users now will really use the requested
service whenever they want, instead of being denied to use the
service due to configuration failures.
