Automatic Service Assurance

The rule-based event management system (Service Level Verification) provides notification based on a variety of performance-related indicators(e.g. traffic KPI). It then sends action alerts to multiple upstream systems, including fault management systems or other OSS/BSS applications, as well as activating service or network performance report generation. Integrating this notification system into your existing service management system provides real-time and highly granular information with which you can rapidly isolate network problems.
