Customer Project Manager - Zurich

We are currently looking for someone with solid knowledge of the IT service industry and a keen understanding of customer needs and expectations to join our small, flexible and highly motivated team. As a Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for the deployment of our complex surveillance system, NexusNETVIEW.

Job Responsibilities

Your tasks will include the following:

  • Planning deployment of our complex OSS-system on a worldwide customer basis
  • Designing and organizing system acceptance and customer training
  • Leading the project team
  • Defining and creating project-specific customer documentation
  • Acting as Point of Contact for the customer and for all internal interfaces during the project
  • Providing technical support to the account managers during the pre-sales phase

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in telecommunication, computer science or electronics
  • Written and spoken English is a must, German is beneficial

You are technically proficient with telecommunication (2G, 3G, NGN) and computer networks, you have practical experience managing complex projects and systems, and you have extensive general professional experience in the telecommunications industry.

If you are flexible, adept at handling stress and are ready to spend approximately 30 percent of your work-time abroad at customer sites, this is an excellent opportunity for you to work with a dynamic young team for an international firm located in the exciting city of Zurich.
